Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center opened its doors to patients on July 23.   By partnering with University of Minnesota Physicians, Fairview has brought convenient access to world-class medicine to Maple Grove and surrounding communities.  Appointments are now available for primary care, cancer care, and a wide range of pediatric and adult specialties by calling 763-898-1000.

Hours of operation:

Fairview Maple Grove primary care and walk-in clinic
 M-F 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Imaging and lab are also available during these extended hours daily.

Fairview Maple Grove Surgery Center:
M-F 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Specialty clinics, cancer center, and other areas:
 M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The on-site pharmacy:
Mon-Fri         8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday      8:00 a.m. to  5:00 p.m.
