Driving directions:

If coming from the South or East:
- Take the Maple Grove Parkway/95th. Ave. exit off of I94.  Take a right on Maple Grove Parkway.  Follow Maple Grove Parkway to 99th. Ave.  Go right on 99th. Avenue.  Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center will be on your left at 14500 99th. Ave. N.

If coming from the North or West:  (Please note that this exit is under construction and Maple Grove Parkway is not yet easily accessible from this exit)
- Take the Maple Grove Parkway/County Rd. 30/95th Ave. exit  exit off I94.  At the light, take a right on Maple Grove Parkway.  Follow Maple Grove Parkway to 99th Ave.  Take a right on 99th Ave.  Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center will be on your left at 14500 99th. Ave. N.

If coming from the West or East on highway 81:  (Please note that highway 81 is under construction and some areas are down to one lane)
- Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center is just off of highway 81 and Fernbrook Lane in Maple Grove.  If traveling on highway 81 from the east (from the Champlain area), you would take a left on Fernbrook.  If traveling highway 81 from the west (the Rogers area) you would take a right on Fernbrook.  Fairview Maple Grove is the first building on your right just past the large power station.  Enter the building by taking a right on 99th Ave. and using the west or east driveway entrances.

NOTE:  Maple Grove Parkway and 99th Ave are both new roads in the Maple Grove area.  At this time, neither appear when you use Google or MapQuest.  Please use the driving directions above or call 763-898-1000 for specific directions to our location.
